The Process
Step 1: First Trip to Paraguay (3-5 days)
Travel to Paraguay to start your residency application. We handle all appointments, legal representation, and translations. You leave with your application in progress.
Step 2: Cedula Application (2-4 months later)
Return to Paraguay to apply for your cedula (foreign ID card). Your cedula will be ready in approximately 1-3 months after application. Once ready, you return to collect it in person.
Step 3: RUC Tax Registration (Third trip)
After receiving your cedula, apply in person for your RUC (tax ID) registration. This finalizes your tax residency setup.
